  • Heat balance calculations.
  • Perform study to assess best approach to implement  exchanger replacement or upgrade.
  • Complete design including thermal design, rating, simulation and mechanical design using proprietary in-house programs written in Python.
  • Strength check of mechanical components using hand calculations, and CODEWARE COMPRESS software per ASME BPV VIII and TEMA.
  • Design to match existing nozzle-to-duct tie points or minimize such changes.
  • Design to reduce pressure drop and optimize thermal performance.
  • Design a lightweight construction by proper material selection and optimize material gage thicknesses without sacrificing performance and strength.
  • Design to maintain existing foundation and anchor bolts. 
  • Evaluate the adequacy of bypass duct size.
  • Generate plans for demolition of existing obsolete exchangers.
  • Support during fabrication and installation.
  • All engineering analysis and design executed in accordance with applicable ASME BPV Code, TEMA,  IBC, ASCE, UBC, NBC, ASTM, AISC standards and specifications.
